本周稀土市场行情，镨钕继续保持平稳，与上周持平，镝铁和铽价格有小幅上涨。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格410-415元/KG （上海有色，410-415元/KG），镝铁合金价格1160-1180元/KG （上海有色，1170-1175元/KG），金属铽价格3900-3950元/KG（上海有色，3850-3900元/KG）。

This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb still kept stable and unchanged from last week.Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 410-415RMB/KG (price from SMM: 410-415RMB/KG), DyFe alloy 1160-1180RMB/KG (price from SMM:1170-1175RMB/KG) and Tb metal 3900-3950RMB/KG (price from SMM: 3850-3900RMB/KG).

稀土市场商家报价以稳为主，镨钕受下游钕铁硼订单减少影响，市场需求不多，价格继续保持平稳，与上周持平，氧化镨钕含税32.2万-32.5万/吨，镨钕金属含税41 万-41.4万/吨。镝铽类由于上游产量下降，近期行情偏强，价格坚挺。目前，整体稀土市场商家处于观望的状态。（富宝资讯马雷）

PrNd oxide is 322,000-325,000/ton with VAT, PrNd metal 410,000-414,000/ton with VAT. Due to lower upstream production, the recent market is strong; the price of Dysprosium and Terbium is firm. 海关统计数据分析表明，2018年1-8月，中国稀土出口量为35069吨，同比微增0.9%。2018年8月，中国稀土出口量为4314吨，同比小幅增长3.1%，幅度表现为中等偏弱。

在9月17日美国公布的加征关税清单中，可以直观地看出已将稀土金属、稀土氧化物、稀土化合物、金属永磁体（钕铁硼在其中）完全删除，只保留了非金属的柔性永磁和非金属永磁。稀土、稀土永磁不在美国加征关税清单中。

From the tariff list of United States announced on September 17th, it can be intuitively seen that rare earth metals, rare earth oxides, rare earth compounds and metal rare earth permanent magnets were (NdFeB in which) completely removed, only the non-metallic flexible permanent magnet and non-metallic permanent magnets retained in it.
