From June 18th to July 1st, our company completed the pre-post training for management trainees of 2017. There were 33 management trainees who just graduated from Nanchang University, Huaqiao University and other four universities attending this pre-post training. During the half-month training, the management trainees were given lesson about our company from enterprise culture, company regulations, quality system, production safety and production technical processes. Moreover, they were also given the military training, training on their future career, senior leadership discussion and outdoor training.

Through various pre-post training activities, our management trainees knew more about our company in history and production technical processes so that they could adapt to their future job more quickly. Wish our management trainees work harder for the contribution of our company and make their dream come true in near future.
