本周稀土市场镨钕价格稳步上涨，镝铁和金属铽价格有小幅下跌。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格655-665元/KG，镝铁合金价格1300-1350元/KG，铽金属价格5000-5050元/KG。

This week the price of PrNd has been steadily rising, the price of DyFe and Tb fall slightly. Price from Asian Metal on this weekend presented: PrNd 655-665 RMB/KG, DyFe 1300-1350 RMB/KG, Tb 5000-5050 RMB/KG.

海关总署9月8日公布，中国8月份出口稀土4184.5吨，7月份出口稀土4353.5吨，1-8月份稀土出口总量为34757.4吨，去年同期累计为30771.1吨，同比增加17.2%。9月8日稀土指数为467点，较周期内高点1000点(2011-12-06)下降了53.30%，较2015年09月13日低点271点上涨了72.32%。(注：周期指2011-12-01至今)。

According to the data of General Administration of Customs published on Sep. 8th, the export of China Rare Earth is 4184.5 tons in August, 4353.5 tons in July. The total export from Jan. to Aug. is 34757.4 tons, which increased 17.2% year on year compared to last year's 30771.1 tons. The rare earth index is 467 points on 8th Aug. fell 53.3% than the highest 1000 points (2011-12-06) within cycle, rose 72.32% than the lowest of 271 points (2015-09-13). (Note: cycle refers to 2011-12-01 so far).

在低迷的8月末，市场希望通过北方稀土挂牌价主导行情的走势。然而高开的挂牌价并没有支撑起行情，甚至一周之内即上演了此前的价格盘整过程。

In the doldrums late August, the market hopes to dominate the trend of market through the Northern rare earth listing price. However, the high opening listing price did not support the market, even staged the previous price consolidation process within a week.

虽然市场上中间环节的存货会较大影响价格走向，特别是成量低迷的情况下，但是供应是否真的那么紧张，有没有额外的货在出来进去（比如这些年累计的库存，不带票的货）；需求是否那么刚性，多大范围的使用已经暂缓（比如停产的磁体厂们），政策会不会变动。分析动态变化的供需关系，体会市场交易的情绪，才是做价格预判的方式，当然短期应该不会再用期盼着收储消息提振价格了吧。

Although the market inventory in the middle will greatly influence the price trend, especially in the case of low volume, the supply is tight or not, whether there are goods flowing (for example, the cumulative stock of these years and the goods without the tickets); whether the demand is so rigid, how much the use range has been suspended (such as the closed factories for magnet); policy will change or not. It is right way to predict price by analyzing the changing relationship between supply and demand and experiencing the market trading mood. Of course, it should not look forward to pick up the message to boost the price in short-term.

氧化镨钕周一的价格在49万元/吨左右，周二、周三时受包钢国贸挂牌价格影响上涨到51万元/吨，周四周五由于下游客户不接单，价格又回落到了50万元/吨。截止到发稿时为止，市场上有贸易商在出货，氧化镨钕成价格低在48-48.5万元/吨左右。金属镨钕的价格在周二时开始由平均63万元/吨上涨到65万元/吨，到周五上午市场上有更低的价格出现，但成量很少。氧化钆的价格也跟着镨钕的价格在周二时开始上涨，平均价格由13万元/吨上涨到14万元/吨。氧化镝市场本周继续下探，价格由125万元/吨跌到了近120-123万元/吨。氧化钬的市场本周未发生大的变化价格基本上稳定在50万元/吨左右。氧化铽市场持稳定，价格在380-385万元/吨左右。氧化铒市场波动也不大，平均价格在19万元/吨左右。

The price of praseodymium oxide on Monday is about 490000RMB/T, rose to 510000 RMB/T on Tuesday and Wednesday affected by Bao Tou Steel international trading listing price. Due to downstream customers rejecting to receive orders, the price on Thursday and Friday has dropped to 500000RMB/T. As reported, some traders are shipping on the market, the lowest dealing price of praseodymium oxide is about 48-48.5 RMB/T. the price of Metal praseodymium neodymium rose to 650000 RMB/T from an average of 630000 RMB/T on Tuesday, to Friday morning the lower price appeared in the market, but the volume is small. The price of gadolinium oxide rose on Tuesday following PrNd, average price rose to 140000 RMB/T from 130000 RMB/T. The price of Dy oxide still decline, closed 1200000-1230000 RMB/T from 1250000 RMB/T. Ho oxide is stable, the price is about 3800000-3850000 RMB/T. Er oxide is also stable, average price is about 190000 RMB/T.

至于下一周稀土市场的走势，从今天的消息来看小幅回调或者维持稳定的可能性比较大，氧化镨钕的价格可能在48-50万元/吨之间徘徊。

As to the rare earth market trend in next week, according to the information today, it is possible to fall slightly or keep stable, the price of PrNd may hover between 480000-500000 RMB/T.
