本周稀土市场行情相对稳定，镨钕、镝铁和铽金属价格有小幅下跌。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格615-625元/KG，镝铁合金价格1180-1230元/KG，铽金属价格4900-4950元/KG。

This week rare-earth market is relatively stable, the price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb fall slightly. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd 615-625 RMB/KG, DyFe 1180-1230 RMB/KG, and Tb 4900-4950 RMB/KG.

2.业内人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

本周国内稀土市场行情基本企稳，仅部分品种小幅下调，主要为氧化镨钕、氧化镝、镨钕金属、镝铁合金、氧化钬和钬铁。受市场广泛关注的氧化镨钕和镨钕金属，目前分别稳定于47-49万元/吨、61-64万元/吨。镝系和钬系下跌主要为前期上涨之后的理性回落。

This week domestic rare-earth market is relatively stable and some rare earths go down slightly, such as PrNd oxide, Dysprosium oxide, PrNd metal, DyFe, Ho oxide and HoFe. PrNd oxide and PrNd metal receiving wide attention from the market are stable at the price of 470,000-490,000 RMB/T and 610,000-640,000 RMB/T. The price decline of Dy and Ho series is mainly due to the rational fall after preliminarily rising.

本周政策层不断传来利好，包括上六大稀土集团召开会议，决定实行集团统一定价，各下属企业不能自行定价出售。此外，相关部门对内蒙古、江西、福建等省（区）的稀土开采、冶炼分离和贸易企业进行了现场核查，部分地区存在此前整顿过程中被责令停产的部分企业违规恢复生产、个别企业购买加工非法矿产品等问题。但从本周行情动态来看，以上利好决策尚未给国内稀土市场带来明显提振，但稀土价格确实从此前的摇摇欲坠表现出逐渐企稳的迹象。

This week there is always good news from policy. Last Saturday, six rare earth groups decide to use group uniform price and requires that affiliated enterprises have no right to fix price by themselves. Moreover, relevant departments inspect rare earth mining, smelting separation and trade enterprises in Inner Mongolia, Jiangxi, Fujian and other provinces (regions). In some areas, the following problems were found: some enterprises that were ordered to stop production resumed producing, some buy and processing illegal minerals and etc. From the view of market dynamic, above good decision has not yet brought improvements to the domestic rare earth market. But the previous crumbling rare earth prices show signs of gradual stabilization.

近期正值下游钕铁硼签订年度长单之际，分离企业想要维稳市场的意愿十分显著，且大厂的报价持续坚挺。市场即使出现小型持货商出于压力而下调的售价，但下游接货积极性也十分有限，仅零散交，还未影响主流价格的坚挺性；就目前来看，这些少量的低价货也未进一步降价蔓延的迹象，行情企稳。

Now is time that downstream NdFeB signs the annual long term order. Separating enterprises badly want to stabilize the market and big factories have strong quotation. Even though small cargo carriers decrease the price out of pressure in the market, downstream is limited in receiving goods. It makes no difference on mainstream price with small deals. Currently there is no further sign of price decrease with these small amount low-priced goods, so the market stabilized.

预计在国庆长假之前，国内稀土行情将整体保持平稳态势，以等待政策以及下游长单价格提供的指引。

It is estimated that domestic rare-earth market will keep stable before National holiday, so as to wait for the guidance of policies and the prices of downstream long term order.
