本周稀土市场镨钕价格有小幅下跌，镝铁和铽价格相对稳定。亚洲金属网价格:镨钕金属327-332元/KG，镝铁合金价格1210-1240元/KG，铽金属价格3450-3550元/KG。

This week the market price of PrNd has a slight decline while the price of DyFe and Tb is relatively stable. Prices from Asian Metal at weekend present: PrNd 327-332RMB/KG, DyFe 1210-1240RMB/KG, Tb Metal 3450-3550RMB/KG.

海关总署7月13日公布，中国6月份出口稀土3,849吨，5月份出口稀土4,073吨，1-6月份稀土出口总量为23,213吨，去年同期累计为105,542吨，同比增加67.2%。

According to the public announce on July 13th from the General Administration of China Customs, China's rare earth export quantity was 3,849 tons in June and it was 4,073 tons in May. Its total export quantity from January to June was 23,213 tons, which was increased by 67.2% compared to the same time of last year when it was only 105,542 tons.

2.业内人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

据材料显示，今年1-5月份，国内正规渠道出口稀土近2万吨，与去年相比增长了80%以上，但出口金额14 万美元多，同比增长近12%。明显的量增价跌，让我们的整个行业经营出现困难，大量的企业出现亏损或者在亏损的边缘上煎熬。

According to the data, China's rare earth export quantity through regular channel from January to May this year was almost 20,000 tons, which increased by more than 80% compared to the same time of last year. And its export amount reached more than $140,000, which increased by about 12%. The obvious situation with increased quantity and declined price brought the whole industry difficulties, and a large number of them has been suffering losses or has been at the edge of losses.

业内人士认为目前的价格是远远低于稀土价值的价格，收储到低价的稀土等于获得了未来收益的空间。但需要考虑的是我们在收储时，一定要考虑双方的利益。但是当国家收储我们六大稀土企业的稀土产品时，竟然遭到企业的拒绝，其原因竟是收储的价格太低，使这些企业宁可放在手里等涨价，也不卖给国家做储备，造成了今年国家开始进行稀土收储的两次流标。究其原因，除了企业精算经济账外，也说明了我们国家的收储指导思想有问题。要让他们知道：稀土收储是在帮助企业解困，而不是在企业遇到困难时对他们实施趁火打劫。

Professional insiders think that the current price is much lower than its real value, so purchase and storage with such low price means obtaining earning space for future. At the same time we must consider the interests of both sides when doing purchase and storage. However the state purchase and storage was refused by six rare earth groups because of too low price. They would rather store in their hands waiting for price increasing rather than sell out to state purchase, this led to twice bidding failure this year. To trace its root cause, besides the actuarial economic profits, problems also exist in the guideline of our state purchase. Anyway we must enterprises develop their consciousness that state purchase is to help them out rather than to loot a burning house.

面对稀土产品的过剩，收储行为等于在帮助企业走出困境；也等于减缓了稀土产品价格的进一步下跌。更重要的是，在限制产量的同时，国家收储可以让更多的稀土留在了国内，避免了大量稀土流出国外的可能。

Facing the surplus of rare earth products, state purchase will help enterprises go out difficulties, also it will reduce price falling continuously. Above all, besides capacity limitation, state purchase will make more rare earth in China, avoiding the possibility that large number of rare earth export to foreign countries.
