  （1）本周稀土市场行情，镨钕、金属钕、镝铁和铽的价格小幅下降。亚洲金属网周末价格: 镨钕金属价格870-880元/KG；金属钕价格945-955元/KG；镝铁合金价格2210-2230元/KG；金属铽价格17050-17250元/KG。

In the rare earth market this week, the prices of PrNd, Nd meta, DyFe Alloy and Tb has decreased slightly. Prices on Asian Metal at the end of this week present: PrNd metal price 870-880 CNY/KG; Nd metal price 945-955 CNY/KG; DyFe alloy price 2210-2230 CNY/KG; Tb metal price 17050-17250 CNY/KG.

8月17日，工业和信息化部、自然资源部下达2022年第二批稀土开采、冶炼分离总量控制指标。

2022年第二批稀土开采、冶炼分离总量控制指标分别为109200吨、104800吨（不含已下达的第一批指标）。详情见下图（括号内数字为所包含的重稀土数量）。

In 2022, the second batch of rare earth mining and smelting and separation total control targets are 109,200 tons and 104,800 tons respectively (excluding the first batch of targets issued). 2022年前两批合计稀土开采、冶炼分离总量控制指标分别为210000吨、202000吨，相较2021年分别增长25%和24.7%。其中，轻稀土开采总量指标为190850吨，较上一年度增长28.2%，中重稀土开采总量指标未作调整，为19150吨。

In 2022, the total volume of rare earth mining, smelting and separation in the first two batches were 210,000 tons and 202,000 tons respectively, up by 25% and 24.7% compared with 2021. Among them, the total volume of light rare earth was 190,850 tons, up 28.2% from the previous year, while the total volume of medium and heavy rare earth was 19,150 tons without adjustment.

四大集团中，中国北方稀土（集团）高科技股份有限公司获得的开采、冶炼分离总量控制指标最多、增长量最大。包含开采指标141650吨（全部为轻稀土），分离指标128934吨，分别增长41.2%和43.8%。其次是中国稀土集团有限公司，获得开采指标62210吨（包含重稀土13010吨），分离指标58499吨，同比增长1.1%和1.2%。厦门钨业股份有限公司、广东省稀土产业集团有限公司获得的指标较上年未发生变化。

本周稀土市场一分为二来看，周中期前，镨钕产品价格缓慢震荡，镝铽产品有企稳迹象；周后期，受开采指标公布影响，镨钕大踏步回调，情绪影响镝铽产品跟跌回落。

This week, the rare earth market was divided into two parts. Before mid-week, prices of PrNd products were slowly shaking, while Dy and Tb products showed signs of stabilization. 镨钕市场主动出货与询单问价之间依旧存在不对等，在对后市的悲观预期中，急于出价主动让利促销的心态，拉跨了价格回调的速度与幅度；而问询多以询和观望徘徊，拿与不拿均表现较冷静。镝铽市场整体持稳，主流成交与报价较为接近，但也由于镨钕跌弱影响而出现低幅成交靠下，且贸易企业有让价力度，且交易方式相对仍较为强势。（瑞道稀土资讯）
