本周稀土市场镨钕价格持续上涨，镝铁价格回调，金属铽价格企稳。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格635-645元/KG，镝铁合金价格1460-1510元/KG，铽金属价格5200-5250元/KG。

This week the price of PrNd on rare-earth market continues to rise. The price of FeDy is in callback, for Tb, it is stable. Price from Asian Metal of this weekend presented: PrNd 635-645 RMB/KG, DyFe 1460-1510 RMB/KG, Tb 5200-5250RMB/KG.

海关总署新数据显示，2017年7月我国出口稀土4,353吨，较上月增加63吨，同比增加10.34%；中国1-7月累计出口稀土30,573吨，同比增加14.6%。

The latest data from General Administration of Customs shows that, the exportation of rare-earth is 4353tons on July 2017 in our country, more 63 tons than last month, an increase of 10.34%. The cumulative exportation of rare-earth is 30573 tons within Jan. to July, 2017, an increase of 14.6%.

2.业内人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

自进入8月份后稀土市场几乎是直线式上涨，据生意社价格监测，截止到8月16日稀土指数为456点，较月初364点上涨92点。截止到8月16日氧化镨钕主流报价510000元/吨，同比上涨102.38%，金属镨钕的市场也出现了分歧，市场上有些成价格在62-64万元/吨，有些大公司的报价仍然维持在67-69万元/吨左右。金属镨主流报价635000元/吨，较年初上涨37%，氧化镨主流报价585000元/吨，较年初上涨78%。

The rare-earth market is almost straight up since August. According to the monitoring price from Business Community, as August 16th, the rare earth index is 456 points, rose 92 points than 364. As of Aug. 16th, the quotation of PrNd is 510000 RMB/T, increased 102.38%. There is divergence in PrNd market, some of deal price is 620000-640000 RMB/T, but some of quotation from big company still keep in 670000-690000 RMB/T. The price of Pr is 635000 RMB/T, increased 37% than the beginning of this year. Praseodymium oxide price is 585000 RMB/T, increased 78% than the beginning of this year.

自上周后半周开始，稀土市场稍作喘息，镨钕系列涨势暂时收住，而氧化镝开始下跌，8月18日氧化镝价格跌至1440000元/吨，两日跌幅累计5%，8月20日稀土指数为455点，较周期内高点1000点（2011-12-06）下降了54.50%，较2015年09月13日低点271点上涨了67.90%。(注：周期指2011-12-01至今)。2017年8月18日稀土08价格涨跌榜中上涨的商品共0种，下跌的商品共1种，涨跌为0的商品共7种。下跌的主要商品有：氧化镝(-2.37%)。日均涨跌幅为-0.3%.

Since after half of last week, the rare earth market is in little breathing, PrNd stop rising temporarily. And Dysprosium oxide began to fall, price fell to 1440000 RMB/T on Aug. 18th, the cumulative decline is 5% within two days. Rare earth index is 455 points on Aug. 20th, fell 54.50% compared with the highest point of cycle 1000 points(2011-12-06), rose 67.90% compared with 271 points of the lowest level on Sep. 3rd, 2015( Note: cycle refers to 2011-12-01 so far). Nothing rises in the 08 price change list on Aug. 18th, 2017, one fell, there are 7 products with no price changed. The main fell commodity is Dysprosium oxide, it decline equally 0.3% every day.

本次稀土大幅飙升很大程度上受益于专项打黑的整治，但近日稀土行业协会建议适量增加总量控制指标以此来稳定市场，预计三季度稀土市场整体仍是上行为主，但空间受限。

Rare earth soared mainly thanks to the “hit the black", but recently Rare Earth Industry Association suggests controlling market through increasing total control index. Third quarter rare earth market forecast rise, but the place is limited.
