本周稀土市场镨钕价和镝铁价格有小幅回调，金属铽价格相对稳定。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格630-640元/KG，镝铁合金价格1380-1430元/KG，铽金属价格5170-5220元/KG。

This week the price of PrNd and DyFe has a slight callback, Tb is stable. Price from Asian Metal of this weekend presented: PrNd 630-640RMB/KG, DyFe 1380-1430 RMB/KG, Tb 5170-5220 RMB/KG.

2.业内人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

工信部月份下达的2017年一批稀土生产总量控制计划中，矿产品计划为52500吨，与16年相比变化不大；稀土冶炼分离产品生产总量为50075吨，比2016年同期增长11.3%。

Among the first plan of rare earth production controlling from Ministry of Industry and Information in 2017, mine production is 52500 tons, similar with the year of 2016. The total production of Rare earth smelting separation is 50075 tons, 11.3% rising than 2016.

受益于打黑力度的加大以及收储频次的增加，2017年以来国内稀土价格一路向好，根据百川资讯9月1日新稀土报价，铽类、镨钕类稀土产品全线上涨，其中氧化镨钕49万元/吨，较年初上涨89.92%，镨钕金属68万元/吨，较年初上涨101.78%。稀土库存方面，目前官方及贸易商手上都没有确切的数据。据我们大致匡算，目前实际开采量逐渐“回归"配额量。

Thanks to the Strengthening “hit the black" and the increased storage frequency, the price of domestic rare earth is keeping good since 2017. According to the latest rare earth price from Bai Chuan Information in 1st Sep., Td, PrNd rare earth products rose and across the board, PrNd oxide 490000 RMB/T, rose 89.92% than beginning of this year, PrNd 680000 RMB/T, rose 101.78% than the beginning of this year. In terms of the rare earth stock, there is no data from the traders and government. According to our general calculation, the actual amount of production gradually "return" quota amount.

2017年我国稀土“打黑"阶段性成果显著。截至2017年5月，“打黑"行动共涉及23个省(区)，检查各类企业415家，查出61条违法违规线索，已依法处理23家，另有38家正在处理中。从微观数据来看，今年1-7月氧化镨钕产量较2016年同比下降显著，其中6、7两月下降幅度均超过20%。预计未来两年，我国的稀土矿供应过剩的局面便可得改善。

The result of “hit the black" is significantly in 2017. From the microscopic data, this year the production of PrNd decreased significantly than in 2016, decreased by more than 20% in June and July. It is expected that China's rare earth ore supply surplus situation can be improved in the next 2 years.

澳大利亚莱纳斯公司是目前国外的稀土生产商，也是全球二大镨钕氧化物生产商。2017年一、二季度氧化镨钕产量分别为1176、1331吨，同比增长21.61%、19.18%；稀土氧化物总产量分别为3665、3913吨，同比增长15.58%、23.75%。据莱纳公司预计，其今年三季度氧化镨钕的产量将达到设计产能的104%，达到1373吨；稀土氧化物总产量将达到4332吨。

Australia Lynas Corporation is the only foreign rare earth producers currently and the second largest PrNd oxide manufacturers in the world. In the first and second quarter of 2017, the production of PrNd was 1176, 1331 tons, an increase of 21.61% and 19.18% respectively. The total output of rare earth oxides was 3665, 3913 tons, an increase of 15.58%, 23.75% compared to last year. As Lynas expected, PrNd production will reach 104% of the design capacity in the third quarter of this year,, reaching 1373 tons; rare earth oxide production will reach 4332 tons.

总体而言，近年来全球稀土供给一直短缺。我国稀土打黑收储的常态化将使得供给端进一步紧缩；而随着双积分制的确定，新能源汽车产业发展确定性增强，伴随新能源汽车产销两旺，需求端将保持较高增速。综上，稀土短缺的情况短期内不会改善，继续看好稀土价格。

Overall, global supply of rare earth is being short in recent years. The normalization of hit black and storage to China's rare earth will make the supply side further tightening. And with the double integral system confirmation, development of new energy automotive industry enhances the certainty. With the new energy vehicle production and sales booming, the demand side will maintain a high growth rate. In summary, rare earth shortages will not improve in short term; continue to be optimistic about the price of rare earth.
