本周稀土市场稀土价格均有小幅下跌。亚洲金属网价格:镨钕金属331-336元/KG，镝铁合金价格1220-1250元/KG，铽金属价格3500-3600元/KG。

This week the market price of Rare Earth has a slight decline. Prices from Asian Metal of this weekend present: PrNd 331-336RMB/KG, DyFe1220-1250RMB/KG and Tb metal 3500-3600RMB/KG.

6月27日，中国南方稀土集团组建工作验收会议在赣州市召开。组认为，由赣州稀土集团、江铜集团和江钨控股集团共同出资成立的中国南方稀土集团，完成了规定范围内稀土矿山、冶炼分离和综合利用企业的整合工作，达到了大型稀土企业集团组建工作目标，同意中国南方稀土集团组建通过验收。工信部原材料司巡视员、稀土办主任贾银松，赣州市市委副书记、市长冷新生出席验收会议并讲话，江西省工信委副主任刘煜，赣州市彭业明出席。

China Southern Rare Earth Group organizing work acceptance meeting was held in Ganzhou on June 27th. Expert group thought China Southern Rare Earth Group which was established and financed by Ganzhou Rare Earth Group, Jiangxi Copper Group and Jiangxi Tungsten Holding Group completed the integration work of rare earth mining, smelting & separation and comprehensive utilization enterprise within a specified range, reached the national large rare earth enterprise groups organizing work goal, approved China Southern Rare Earth Group organizing through the acceptance. Raw Material Division of the MIIT, rare earth office director Jia Yinsong, Ganzhou City Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Leng Xinsheng attended the acceptance meeting and made a speech, Jiangxi Provincial Industry and Information Committee, deputy director Liu Yu, Ganzhou city leadership Peng Yeming attended the meeting.

据赣南日报6月28日报道，贾银松在讲话时对赣州在整顿稀土市场秩序、做大做强稀土产业方面的做法给以了充分肯定，希望赣州以中国南方稀土集团组建顺利通过验收作为一个新的契机和起点，推动稀土产业取得更好发展，结出更丰硕的成果。他强调，要进一步巩固稀土行业治理成果，完善相关法规，进一步优化集团的实质性重组，进行二次纵深整合，实现集团化管理、经营、国际化竞争；进一步拓展应用材料，落实对大集团的扶持政策；进一步贯彻落实好绿色发展理念，培育创新发展新机制，进行科技创新、管理创新，实现研发、示范、产业化，把稀土的功能性由“味精"变成“维生素"“生命素"，同时按照现代企业制度，做强中国南方稀土集团，提升产品的国际竞争力。

He stressed to further consolidate the governance results of rare earth industry, improve relevant laws and regulations, and further optimize the substantial restructuring of the group, proceed the second deeper integration, make the realization of group management, specialized operation and international competition; to further expand the high-end application materials and implement the large group supporting policy; to further implement the concept of green development, cultivate a new mechanism for innovation and development, make technological innovation and management innovation, lead to one-stop of R & D, demonstration and industrialization, change rare earth function from ajinomoto to vitamin or bios, at the same time, according to the modern enterprise system, make China Southern Rare Earth Group stronger and enhance the international competitiveness of products.
