本周稀土市场价格企稳。亚洲金属网价格:镨钕金属319-324元/KG，镝铁合金价格1240-1270元/KG，铽金属价格3550-3650元/KG。

This week the market price of rare earth was stable. Prices from Asian Metal of this weekend present: PrNd 319-324 RMB/KG, DyFe 1240-1270RMB/KG, Tb metal 3550-3650RMB/KG.

2016年7月，中国稀土的出口量为3945 吨，较去年同期增长7.8%，环比增长2.5%；出口平均单价为7.7 美元/千克，较去年同期下滑30.9%，环比增长4.5%。2016年1-7月，中国稀土的出口总量为27159 吨，同比增长54.8%；平均出口价格为7.4 美元/千克，同比下滑38.6%。

On July 2016, China's exports of rare earth is 3945 tons, an increase of 7.8% compared to the same period of last year, the ring growth is 2.5%; the average export price is 7.7 U.S. dollars / kg, compared with the same period is last year has fell 30.9%, the ring growth is 4.5%. From Jan.-July in 2016, China's total exports of rare earth is 27159 tons, an increase of 54.8% compared to the same period of last year; the average export price is 7.4 U.S. dollars / kg, down 38.6% compared to the same period of last year.

记者从消息人士处获悉，目前稀土国储招标会议准备工作已经启动，正式会议或将于9月初召开。

Reporters learned from the sources, the current reserve bidding for the rare earth has been started, the official meeting may be held in early September.

市场有传言称，此次招标数量可能超过一轮招标的3870吨，且北方稀土和五矿稀土大概率不参加国储招标。业内指出，今年6月7日的一轮稀土国储招标会议流标主要原因就是价格过低，因此本轮国储招标会议关键点仍在于价格博弈。

Market rumors that the biding quantity may exceed 3870 tons in the first round, while North Rare Earth and China Minmetals Cooperation probably are not to participate in the state reserve biding. The industry pointed out that in June 7th this year, the first round of bidding for the main reason is the price is too low, so the key point of the current round of national reserve bidding is still in the price game.

据悉，一轮招标的9个品种价格分别为：氧化镨钕26.89万元/吨，氧化钕26.71万元/吨，氧化镨31.93万元/吨，氧化镝130.45万元/吨，氧化铽291.21万元/吨，氧化铕40.35万元/吨，氧化镥432.79万元/吨，氧化钇2.29万元/吨，氧化铒17.57万元/吨。

It is reported that the first round of bidding of nine varieties of price respectively: PrNd oxide is 26.89 million yuan / tons, Nd oxide is 26.71 million yuan / tons, Pr oxide is 31.93 million yuan / tons, Dy oxide is 130.45 million yuan / tons,Tb oxide is 291.21 million yuan / tons, Er oxide is 40.35 million yuan / tons, Lu oxide is 432.79 million yuan / tons, yttrium oxide of is 2.29 million yuan / tons, erbium oxide is 17.57 million yuan / tons.

目前，受此前国储招标会议流产的影响，市场信心不足，仅靠需求难以支撑稀土价格。百川资讯报价显示，26日，氧化镨钕报价为24.8万元/吨，氧化镝报价为121.5万元/吨，较月初分别小幅下滑1.2%和0.8%，且均低于收储招标价。

Wikipedia information offer on 26th Aug., PrNd oxide quotation for 24.8 million yuan / ton, Dy oxide quotation for 121.5 million yuan / ton, compared with the beginning of the respectively, were a slight decline 1.2% and 0.8% and were lower than for the first time purchasing and bidding price.

百川资讯在分析中指出，由于稀土价格下跌，多数稀土分离厂商处于亏损边缘，后期如果稀土氧化物价格下跌，分离厂减产或停产会增加。

Wikipedia information in the analysis pointed out that due to down of the rare earth prices, most of the rare earth separation manufacturers were at a loss of the edge, later if the price of rare earth oxides is falling, the separation plant cut or stop production will increase.

业内人士认为，如果此次招标成功，将为疲软的市场带来利好。目前商家仍在观望国储结果。（中证网）
