本周稀土市场金属镨钕价格有小幅下调，镝铁和铽价格相对稳定。亚洲金属网价格:镨钕金属335-338元/KG，镝铁合金价格1245-1265元/KG，铽金属价格3900-3950元/KG。 

This week the market price of PrNd had a slight decrease while DyFe and Tb was relatively stable. Prices from Asian Metal of this weekend presented: PrNd 335-338RMB/KG, DyFe 1245-1265RMB/KG and Tb metal 3900-3950RMB/KG.

中国有色金属工业协会稀土分会近日在北京成立。中国有色金属工业协会会长陈全训在讲话中表示，成立稀土分会有助于促进稀土行业持续健康发展。要破解行业困局，既需要国家产业政策给予大力扶持，也需要行业加强自律、抱团取暖，共同维护健康有序的产业发展环境。

China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Rare Earth Branch recently has been established in Beijing. The chairman of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Chen Quanxun said in his speech, the establishment of rare earth branch will help to promote the sustained and healthy development of rare earth industry. To break the industry predicament not only need the national industrial policy support with great efforts, but also need strengthening industry self-regulation and jointly safeguard the healthy and orderly development environment.

12月23日，稀土市场弱稳运行，镨钕镝产品有进一步下调迹象，单一氧化铈产品小幅提价，供货商反映是原材料成本上升传导所致。因前期政策面推动不及预期，在年前采购订单还未跟上之际，稀土市场观望以待。

On December 23rd, rare earth market operated stably and weakly, PrNd and Dy products had further down signs, the price of single Cerium oxide product had slight increase, the supplier reflected it was cause by raw material price rising. Due to the early policy promoting was not as expected, the purchase order is not to meet the occasion before 2017,it take a wait-and-see attitude for rare earth market.

From the supply point of view, the market available for consumption of rare earth products is limited, factory spot tight, illegal supply reduced. Mainly because of the separation of plant long-term upside down, low operation rate, yield reduced. Baotou Rare Earth Products Exchange absorbed part of the factory stock from this year; the effective absorption of inventory for rare earth business reserve and national reserve; rare earth special action for curbing illegal production capacity.

需求层面，粗略估计今年钕铁硼毛坯产量在12万吨左右，呈现连续增加的趋势，对镨钕市场需求也是逐年递增；今年以来，出口形势一片大好，国际需求增加，尤其在人民币贬值的带动下，对出口有更大的刺激作用。

From the level of demand, a rough estimation of NdFeB block production this year is around 120 thousand tons, showing a continuous increasing trend, market demand of praseodymium neodymium is increasing year by year; the export situation is excellent from this year, international demand increases, especially driving in the devaluation of RMB, it has a greater stimulating effect on export.

政策层面，供给侧结构性改革有望缩减稀土行业产能，稀土行业十三五规划显示，冶炼分离产能在十三五期间由35万吨压缩至20万吨；稀土专项打黑行动开启，各地方严格重视此次行动，预计成效也较以往更大。

From the policy level, the supply side structural reform is expected to reduce production capacity of rare earth industry, rare earth industry shows in the 13th Five-Year-Plan, smelting and separation capacity during 13th Five-Year-Plan is condensed from 350 thousand tons to 200 thousand tons; rare earth special crackdown action has been fully opened with unprecedented efforts. Each place strict attention to the operation, is expected to get a greater result.
