In the rare earth market this week, the price of PrNd, Nd metal declined slightly，while the price of Tb metal went up, and the price of DyFe remained the same. The prices of Asian metal performed at the weekend: PrNd metal 542-545 RMB/KG; Nd metal 550-555 RMB/KG; DyFe alloy 1570-1590 RMB /KG; Tb metal 8750-8850 RMB /KG.

本周（6.9-6.13）稀土市场主流产品价格波动明显，呈现出不同的走势特点。2025年4月，自上周磁材企业刚需采购之后，市场价格逐步好转，价格先涨后跌，本周市场心态逐步回归常态。

This week (June 9th - June 13th), the mainstream prices in the rare earth market have fluctuated significantly, showing different trends. In April 2025, after the magnetic materials enterprises made necessary purchases last week, the market prices gradually improved. The prices rose first and then fell. This week, the market sentiment has gradually returned to normal.

我国对中重稀土（镝、铽等）及相关物项实施出口管制，首次将钕铁硼磁材（含镝、铽）、钐钴永磁等下游产品纳入许可管理，覆盖全产业链70%以上高附加值环节。6月生效的稀土磁铁行业追踪体系，更是强化了出口流向监控。这一系列出口管制政策的持续收紧，使得海外市场对我国稀土产品的获取难度大幅增加，直接导致国际市场稀土产品供应短缺，价格上涨预期强烈。对于国内市场而言，一方面促使国内企业更加注重国内市场的开发和利用，推动稀土产业链向高端化、精细化方向发展；另一方面，也引发了部分海外客户对我国稀土政策的关注和博弈，可能会促使一些国家加大对本国稀土资源的勘探和开发力度，对全球稀土产业格局产生深远影响。（包头稀土产品交易所）

China has implemented export control on medium and heavy rare earths (such as Dy and Tb) and their related items. For the first time, downstream products such as NdFeB Magnet (with Dy and Tb) and Sm-Co Magnet have been included in the license management, covering over 70% of the high value-added links in the entire industrial chain. The tracking system for the rare earth magnets industry that came into effect in June has further strengthened the monitoring of export flow directions. The continuous tightening of these series of export control policies has significantly increased the difficulty for overseas markets to obtain China’s rare earth products, directly leading to a shortage of rare earth products in the international market and a strong expectation for price increases. For the domestic market, on the one hand, the continuous tightening of export control policies prompts domestic enterprises to pay more attention to the development and utilization of the domestic market, promoting the development of the rare earth industry to be higher-end and more refined; on the other hand, it also triggers the attention and competition of some overseas customers to China's rare earth policies, which may prompt some countries to increase the exploration and development of their own rare earth resources, exerting a profound impact on the global rare earth industry landscape.
