本周稀土市场行情镨钕和铽价格有小幅下跌，镝铁价格相对稳定。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格540-550元/KG，镝铁合金价格1180-1230元/KG，铽金属价格4750-4800元/KG。

进入10月份后稀土市场跌势不止，截止到10月20日，镨钕氧化物国内出厂参考报价在400000元/吨，较上周下滑8.05%；镨钕合金国内出厂参考报价在540000元/吨，较上周跌6.09%。金属镨出厂主流价报685000元/吨，氧化钕报400000元/吨，较上周跌10.47%%。

目前市场价格混乱，尤其是镨钕系品种，大型企业持价相对坚挺，主要为小型生产企业或贸易商因出货压力较大而下调售价，整体价格区间较大。2017年10月16日包钢国贸公布了稀土氧化物10月份指导价格，与9月份的价格相比，氧化镧和氧化铈的价格未做调整，氧化镨钕的价格下调了7.5万元/吨，氧化钕的价格下调8.5万元/吨，金属镨钕的价格下调9.5万元/吨，金属钕的价格下调了10.6万元/吨。虽然此指导价没有太大积极影响，但据确切的消息称，国储局迟将在11月份开始收储工作，收储工作前期的准备工作随后也会逐步开始。预计短期内稀土市场或维持弱势，10月底11月初行情有望改善。

百川资讯稀土分析师杜帅兵对记者表示，受稀土集团收购氧化镨钕的影响，氧化镨钕报价趋于稳定。有商家表示，目前镨钕价格难以下跌，下游磁材企业也可能入市采购金属镨钕，后期镨钕价格进一步上涨概率大。但后期大涨可能性不大，四季度整体表现以稳为主。
