本周稀土市场行情镨钕和铽价格均有下跌，镝铁价格小幅上涨。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格480-490元/KG，镝铁合金价格1190-1240元/KG，铽金属价格4250-4300元/KG。

Prices of PrNd, Tb declined in the rare earth market this week, while the price of DyFe rose slightly. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd480-490RMB/KG, DyFe1190-1240 RMB/KG, and Tb 4250-4300 RMB/KG.

在10月份的一周，国内稀土市场仍然是艰难徘徊，难现曙光。虽然有国储的消息，但是由于并没有实际的操作，众多市场人士还是持迟疑和观望的态度。与此同时，业界对市场后市的走势呈两极分化，一部分人认为市场可能很快会出现转机，另一部分人认为市场低迷的情况可能要延续到明年一季度。

In the last week of October, the domestic rare earth market was still difficult to see the dawn. Although there are information about the state store, many market participants are hesitant and taking a wait-and-see attitude because of there is no actual operation. At the same time, market participants' view about the market trend is polarized, some people believe that the market may soon turn favorable, others believe that the market downturn may continue into the first quarter of next year.

在近一周，除了氧化镨钕和氧化镝的价格一直处于稳定外，其他稀土产品市场都出现了下滑，虽然市场比前两周稍显活跃，但成量不大，下游客户的需求量还是很少。

In the past week, except for the price of PrNd oxide and Dy oxide has been stable, other rare earth products market has declined. Although the market is more active than the first two weeks, the volume is small because there's still little demand of downstream customers.

由于受下游钕铁硼市场需求量锐减的影响，近一周的金属镨钕价格出现较大幅度的下跌，由53万元/吨~55万元/吨跌到了48万元/吨~50万元/吨，在部分地区甚至市场上还有更低的价格出现。

中重稀土市场依然低迷，而且成量也非常少。除氧化镝市场相对稳定之外，几乎中重稀土的价格近期都出现小幅滑落。氧化镝的价格稳定在116万元/吨~118万元/吨；氧化铽的价格跌到了320万元/吨；氧化钬的价格也降到了410万元/吨~420万元/吨左右；氧化铒的报价在17万元/吨~18万元/吨，成量非常少。

从目前的市场现状看，供求相对稳定，下游钕铁硼生产商的库存似乎还有一些，能维持到多久还未知，但仅从钕铁硼产品需求看，在年末这两个月里不会有太大改观，所以说，钕铁硼生产商对稀土产品的需求还很有限。另一方面，在11月份的国储能否操作进行是大家极为关注的，国储应该是近期市场人士关心的大事了。至于限产，现在看并没有对市场起到积极的作用。

From the current market situation it can be seen that supply and demand is relatively stable, downstream manufacturers appear to have some stocks of NdFeB, while how long it can be maintained is unknown. However, only from the demand of NdFeB products, there will not be much improvement in these two months at the end of the year. Therefore, the demand of NdFeB producers for rare earth products is still very limited. On the other hand, it is of great concern to all that whether the State Reserve will be able to operate in November, and the State Reserve should be the major event which market participants are most concerned with. As for limiting production, it doesn't play a positive role in the market now.
