本周稀土市场行情镨钕和铽价格稳中有小幅下跌，镝铁价格企稳。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格460-470元/KG，镝铁合金价格1190-1240元/KG，铽金属价格4100-4150元/KG。

Prices of PrNd, Tb declined slightly in the rare earth market this week, while the price of DyFe was relatively stable. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd 460-470RMB/KG, DyFe 1190-1240 RMB/KG and Tb 4100-4150 RMB/KG.

本周，中国六大稀土集团陆续向下属企业下达国储预交单，各分离厂陆续上报收储预交数量，这预示着稀土国储已着手前期准备工作，稀土国储意向进一步明确。业内人士透露，按国储工作安排预计，原期望于在11月召开的稀土国储招标会议将难以实现，但2017年四季度稀土国储的计划不会改变，稀土国储有望在12月份达成。

This week, China's six major Rare Earth Group issued forecast delivery of State Reserve Doc. to subordinate enterprises successively; each separation plant reported the predicted quantity. This indicates that the rare earth State Reserve has begun preparatory work and the intention of rare earth state reserve has been further clarified. According to insiders, it's difficult to achieve expecting national reserve bidding meeting in November. However, Rare Earth National Reserve plans for the fourth quarter of 2017 will not change; RE State Reserve is expected to be reached in December.

来自六大稀土集团一消息人士透露，目前他们已经向集团上报国储各产品预交数量，稀土国储将有望于12月召开。该消息人士还表示，目前金属厂多数大幅减产，因此采购意向微弱；时至年底，部分稀土分离厂商现金流压力大，因此仍可能降价出货，因此稀土主要产品价格持续下行。“若国储能落实，将很可能维稳甚至上调市价，调动下游采购积极性并缓解上游库存压力"该消息人士说。

A source from the six major Rare Earth Group revealed that at present they have been reported the predicted number of State Reserve products to the Group, RE State Reserve meeting will be held in December. The source also said that the majority of the metal factory substantially reduced production, so the purchase intention is weak; by the end of the year, some of the rare earth separation factory has large cash flow pressure, therefore they may still be able to lower their prices so that prices of major rare earth products continue to decline. “If the State Reserve can implement, it will be possible to stabilize or even raise the market price, meanwhile mobilizing the enthusiasm of the downstream procurement and ease the pressure on the upstream inventory", the source said.

来自六大稀土集团另一消息人士则进一步表示，目前国储数量未定，但相关收储产品预交价格分别为：氧化镨钕410,000元/吨(现货价格36-37万元/吨),氧化镨99.5%min 520,000元/吨，氧化镝99.5%min 1,180元/公斤，氧化铽99.99%min 3,600元/公斤（现货价格300-310万元/吨），氧化镥99.99%min 4,800元/公斤，氧化铕99.99%min 510元/公斤。他表示具体国储价格将仍按过去一月5家主要稀土网站价格确定，但部分产品将在此基础上进行调整。

Another source from the six major Rare Earth Group further indicate that the current number of the State Reserve was undecided, but the relevant prepaid storage products were: PrNd oxide 410,000 RMB/T (spot price 360,000-370,000 RMB/T), Praseodymium oxide 99.5% min 520,000 RMB/T, Dysprosium oxide 99.5% min 1,180 RMB/KG, Terbium oxide 99.99% min 3,600 RMB/KG, Lutetium oxide 99.99% min 4,800 RMB/KG, Europium oxide 99.99% min 510 RMB/KG. He said the specific State Reserve prices will still be based on the prices of the five major rare earth sites in the past January, but some products will be adjusted on this basis.
