本周稀土市场行情镨钕、镝铁和铽价格均持续下跌。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格370-380元/KG，镝铁合金价格1150-1180元/KG，铽金属价格3700-3750元/KG。

This week, price of PrNd，DyFe and Tb continued to decline in the rare earth market. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd 370-380RMB/KG, DyFe 1150-1180 RMB/KG and Tb 3700-3750RMB/KG.

本周，北方稀土国贸公司发布12月稀土产品挂牌价格，其中氧化镨钕挂牌价为328000元/吨，金属镨钕挂牌价为425000元/吨。

This week, the Northern Rare Earth Trade Co. released its listing price for rare earth products in December. The listing price of PrNd Oxide is 328,000 RMB/T and the PrNd metal is 425,000 RMB/T.

2017年12月8日稀土价格涨跌榜中环比下降的商品共有9种，其中氧化镨下跌4.65%，镨钕氧化物下跌3.33%。金属镨钕国内出厂参考报价暂稳，目前在395000-405000元/吨，均价400000元/吨。镨钕氧化物国内出厂参考报价下滑10000元/吨，目前在280000-300000元/吨，均价290000元/吨。

There were 9 kinds of product price declined on December 8, 2017. Praseodymium oxide showed a decline of 4.65% in December compared with November, while PrNd Oxide showed a decline of 3.33%. The domestic ex-factory reference price of PrNd metal is temporarily stable, which present shows 395,000-405,000 RMB/ton, and the average price is 400,000 RMB/T. The ex-factory reference price for PrNd oxide has decreased 10,000 RMB/T, currently at 280,000-300,000 RMB/T, the average price is 290,000 RMB/T.

2. 业内人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

在11月末时，氧化镨钕价格仍然在下跌，价格逼近30万元/吨，金属镨钕的价格跌到40万元/吨~41万元/吨；氧化镝的价格跌落至114万元/吨，这是氧化镝在115万元/吨~116万元/吨的价位上保持了近一个月后再次出现了松动；氧化铽的价格由295万元/吨跌至285万元/吨左右;氧化铕的价格保持在430元/公斤的水平上。

At the end of November, the price of PrNd oxide was still falling, which was approach to 300,000RMB/T, and the price of PrNd metal dropped to 400,000~ 410,000 RMB/T. After the price of dysprosium oxide maintained for nearly a month at 1.15 ~1.16 million RMB/T, it has fallen to 1.14 million RMB/T. And the price of terbium oxide has fallen from 2.95~ 2.85 million RMB/T. The price of europium oxide remained at 430 RMB/KG.

从国庆节过后，市场上传来了利好的消息，让业内人士对市场充满了期待，但是两个月时间过去了，说好的收储并没有实行，稀土价格又是一跌再跌。到现在，价格已经回归到2017年低点时的位置了，应该说，再往下行的空间也已经不大了，但是仍然有人认为市场还没有完全稳定下来，换句话说就是或许稀土还没有跌到低谷。

But some people still think that the market is not stable, in other words, the price of rare earth may fall again.

供大于求-供不应求-供大于求，这种供需矛盾的不断转换在近几年的稀土市场运行中不停地出现着，也造成了稀土市场的起起伏伏、大涨大落。而一些业内人士好像也适应了这种节奏，心情平静而淡定。

Oversupply - demand exceeds supply - oversupply, the contradiction between supply and demand is constantly change in the rare earth market, which caused the ups and downs of the price. Some professional insiders seemed to adapt to this situation and can treat it in a peaceful mind.

面对这样的市场状况，如果稀土价格一直这样阴跌的话，市场将处于半瘫痪的状态，这不仅仅是在考验稀土上游的生产商，同时对稀土市场的下游客户也是一种考验。价格跌到一定的点时，可能会造成下游客户进场，预计这个时间点在新年前会到来。

In front of such conditions, the market will be semi-paralyzed if it continue to decline as it is now. And this is a great test for both manufacturers and customers. When the price falls to a certain point, it may result in bargain-hunting of customers, which is expected to arrive before the New Year.
