本周稀土市场金属镨钕价格有小幅上涨，镝铁和铽价格相对稳定。亚洲金属网价格:镨钕金属330-335元/KG，镝铁合金价格1245-1265元/KG，铽金属价格3900-3950元/KG。

This week the price of rare earth market had a slight increase. The price at weekend from Asia metal presented as: PrNd 330-335 RMB/KG, DyFe 1245-1265 RMB/KG and Tb metal 3900-3950 RMB/KG.

工信部等八部门日前联合发出通知，决定在前期整顿工作基础上，自2016年12月至2017年4月在全国开展打击稀土违法违规行为专项行动。专项行动方案工作内容和要求包括：严厉打击稀土非法开采、整治以综合利用为名变相加工非法矿产品、严格规范稀土产品交易、追查低价出口稀土产品来源。本次打黑直指行业顽疾，稀土价格有望崛起。

The MIIT and other eight departments jointly issued a notice recently and decided to carry out special action to crack down rare earth illegal behavior on the basis of rectification work from December 2016 to April 2017 throughout the country. Special action program including following contents and requirements: crack down the illegal exploitation of rare earth, punish on machining illegal mineral products disguised as comprehensive utilization, strictly regulate the trading of rare earth products and tracing the source of low-priced exports of rare earth products. This special action directly against the industry ills, rare earth prices are expected to rise.

本周稀土市场镨钕类报价小幅调涨，但高价位成不活跃，已有滞涨的迹象。另外南北方镨钕金属报价有差距，南方地区已报至34万以上，北方33.5万的均价还可交；当前市场报价混乱，商家要么不报价，报价者虚高情况不在少数。本周消息面利好消息发酵至今，推涨动力显颓。镝铽方面因下游大多停止采购改为观望，价格稳定。

This week the price of PrNd had a slight increase, but the high price of the transaction is not active, it appears to have the signs of stagflation. In addition, the North and South quotation for PrNd metal is disparity, the South has been reported to more than 340,000, but at North the average price with 335,000 can also be traded; the current market price is confusion, the business may not quote or offer a very high price. SMM mainstream today offer as follows, praseodymium oxide mainstream manufacturers tax-included price is 318,000-325,000 RMB/T, neodymium oxide is 253,000-255,000 RMB/T, neodymium metal is 334,000-339,000 RMB/T, neodymium praseodymium oxide mainstream manufacturers tax-included price is 260,000-263,000 RMB/T, praseodymium neodymium metal mainstream manufacturers tax-included price is 335000 ~ 340000 RMB/T. Dysprosium oxide mainstream manufacturers tax-included price is 1.23-1.25 million RMB/T, dysprosium tax-included price is 1.25-1.27 million RMB/T.
