本周稀土市场价格均有小幅上涨。亚洲金属网价格:镨钕金属339-342元/KG，镝铁合金价格1230-1250元/KG，铽金属价格3920-3970元/KG。

This week the price of rare earth has a slight increase. Prices from Asian Metal at the weekend presented: PrNd: 339-342RMB/KG, DyFe: 1230-1250RMB/KG and Tb Metal: 3920-3970RMB/KG. 

今日稀土维持看涨氛围，在节前招标成功量已达3000多吨及节后补库预期的支撑下，虽实际仍未明显放大，但镨钕镝铽产品厂家认为涨价逻辑成立，已开始不同程度提价。

Now prices of rare earth sustain bullish atmosphere, under the support of more than 3000 tons of success bidding before the holiday and expected replenishment after the holiday, although the actual turnover is not significantly enlarged, the PrNd, Dy and Tb manufacturers believe the logic of price rise holds and they have begun to increase price on different degrees.

据了解，商家普遍认为稀土价格将会出现上涨，主要原因在于收储中标的推动，以及市场复苏带来的消费量增加。十三五期间，我国将大力推进稀土资源规范开发，淘汰和化解过剩产能，在市场集中度的提升下，行业盈利水平有望改善。

It is said that businesses generally believe that the rare earth prices will rise up, the main reason is the promotion of purchasing bid success and increasing consumption by market recovery. During the 13th Five-Year Plan, China will vigorously promote the standardized development of rare earth resources, eliminate and resolve excess capacity. The industry profitability is expected to be improved under the promotion of market concentration. 

供过于求、产能过剩是制约稀土行业发展的瓶颈因素，也是近年来稀土价格持续低迷的重要原因之一。但如今，随着雾霾等环保问题频出引发政府高度重视，产业升级以及侧供给改革深化的刺激下，严控环保必成大势所趋，稀土也是环保核查行业之一，考虑到成本因素，江西江苏广西等省份大面积停产。

Oversupply, overcapacity is a bottleneck restricting the development of rare earth industry, and also one of the important reasons for the continued downturn in rare earth prices in recent years. But now, with frequent haze and other environmental problems caused by government attaches great importance, the stimulation of industrial upgrading and the deepening reform of supply side, strict control of environmental protection will become the general trend, and rare earth is also one of the key environmental protection verification industry, considering the cost factor, Jiangxi, Jiangsu and Guangxi provinces will be out of production with large area.

此外，监管上，近期，江西、上海、福建等省市分别根据工信部等八部委联合开展打击稀土违法违规专项行动的方案也各自进行了自查，根据相关安排，此次专项行动一直会持续到4月，“打黑"行动对于规范稀土行业秩序肯定会起到积极的作用。

In addition, on supervision, recently, Jiangxi, Shanghai, Fujian Provinces have respectively carried out self-examination according to the special action plan that MIIT and other eight ministries jointly launched to fight against illegal rare earth. According to the relevant arrangements, this special action will continue until April, crackdown on illegal rare earth will certainly play a positive role on standardizing the order of the rare earth industry. 

业内人士表示，经过几年连续下跌，目前稀土价格已经回落至2010年前后水平，基本处于历史性底部，企业承受较大经营压力，随着6大稀土集团市场影响力进一步增强、行业秩序进一步规范，加之大宗商品价格进一步回暖，初步预计2017年稀土市场有望企稳回升。

Insiders indicated, after several years of continuous decline, the current price of rare earth has dropped to the level of around 2010 which is basically at historic bottom, enterprises bear greater pressure on the operation, with 6 rare earth groups further influence the market, industry order gets more standardized and commodity prices are warming further, it is preliminary estimated that rare earth market of 2017 will rebound.
