1.重要新闻简报Briefing of Important News

本周稀土市场价格镨钕和铽均有小幅上涨，镝铁价格相对稳定。亚洲金属网价格:镨钕金属335-338元/KG，镝铁合金价格1220-1240元/KG，铽金属价格3870-3920元/KG。

This week the price of rare earth was relatively stable. The price at weekend from Asian Metal presents as: PrNd 335-338 RMB/KG, DyFe 1220-1240 RMB/KG and Tb metal 3870-3920 RMB/KG.

2016年12月份，我国稀土出口数量4805吨，环比增加20.52%；出口金额2.308亿元有余，环比增加10.52%。据统计，2016年1-12月我国稀土累计出口量46749吨，而2015年累计出口34832吨，同比增加了34.2%；累计金额22.52亿元，比去年累计23.14亿元仍减少了近2.7%。

The exports of China rare earth of December 2016 were 4805 tons, an increase of 20.52% compared with the same period of last month; export amount is more than 0.2308 billion, an increase of 10.52% compared with the same period of last month. According to statistics, China's total exports of rare earth is 46749 tons in 2016, while the cumulative export amount is 34832 tons in 2015, an increase of 34.2% compared with the same period of last year; the cumulative amount is 2.252 billion, compared with the amount of last year 2.314 billion, it has been reduced by nearly 2.7%.

2.业内人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

今日稀土市场持稳运行，昨日稀土新一轮招标结束，共招标2000多吨，其中市场关注的镨钕类产品招标价格和市价相差不大，其余产品高出市价2%-8%不等。市场人士表示，就招标价格来说，镨钕产品对应价格和投放市场无差，因此对市场影响作用有限；而中重稀土普遍招标价格稍高，对市场来说理应是利好消息。然而此次招标发生在年前近停滞物流停止的关头，对当下现货市场价格就无实际影响。中重稀土方面，此次招标量也不算小，价格也较好，能够产生的提振作用也要发生在年后，届时能否实际上涨，上涨幅度还要看下游实际需求的好转程度，市场各界不可盲目乐观。

Today, the rare earth market steady running, a new round of bidding ended yesterday, total tender is more than 2 thousand tons, of which the market concerned products PrNd bidding price have no difference with market price, other products are higher than market prices ranging from 2%-8%. Market participants said that as PrNd bidding price have no difference with market price, the market influence is limited; but the heavy rare earth bidding price is slightly higher, this should be good news to market. However, the tender took place before the end of year and logistic is almost stopped, the current spot market price has no practical impact. The heavy rare earth tender amount is not too small and the price is good, the influence can be seen after Chinese New Year, whether it will increase or not depends on the actual needs of the downstream market, cannot be blindly optimistic.

Oxide Dy mainstream manufacturer tax included price is 118-120 RMB/ton, DyFe manufacturer tax included price is120-122 RMB/ton.
